The Docker preview network happened on November 1st, but the latest-preview image is from October 27, so it needs probably needs to be rebuilt and published on docker hub.

Refresh configuration files from cardano-configurations.
792e56f 
  In particular, the preview network was re-spin recently, and require
  now genesis files.

  This is particularly annoying for docker-images which come with
  pre-packaged configuration files.
