This RFC defines how DFPWM data is stored in WAV files. It lists the structure of the file (following WAV standards & the
WAVE_FORMAT_EXTENDEDstructure), the UUID used for DFPWM data, and how data is stored in the data chunk.I don't want this to be merged quite yet, as I'd rather have the oeed standards go through first.
