[BUD-48]: migrate repository to buddy's org

Part of BUD-48 – will need to run our first build using buddy's EAS org and apple dev team to close out the migration.

@alex-bluetec you guys will need to run our first EAS build since it'll require logging in with an apple account that's associated with Buddy's development team.

1. Clone repository and checkout BUD-48/migrate-repository
2. ensure you are using the correct version of Node (v20.10.0)

• If you have fnm or nvm installed, you can use either to automatically install and use the proper version.

3. npm install in root of repository
4. npx eas build -p ios -e preview in root of repository
5. follow prompts to log into your apple account

It is possible to specify Apple credentials manually and avoid logging in via the eas build process, but I haven't tried it. If that is the route you guys would prefer, let me know. You can read up on their security documentation if you'd like to weigh pros and cons.
