I have 4 slots and I find pretty anoyying having to change them if I want a one round character or playing someone different, I like having more options |

10 seems like a lot, I'd go for 5 or 6 but keep the amount of donor slots high (or even 4, but up the amount of slots yoy can buy to like 4 or something). If normal donors don't get extra slots along with byond members, I'd give them that too. |

About The Pull Request
This PR changes the amount of character slots available to players.
Default is now 10.
Byond members get +6
Beeshop slot purchasers get +2
Why It's Good For The Game
As a roleplay server, I think it is a terrible state of things that you can only have three characters as a normal player.
Some servers like Baystation have had dozens of character slots for years, whilst even some lower rp servers have also made a shift in letting people play more characters.
My statement is this: An arbitrary limit on characters is an arbitrary limit on creativity. We want people to get immersed and create more characters that have interesting backstories or try new species, and not be worried about having to sacrifice one of their 3 character slots to do so. I've sacrificed numerous characters since I started playing in 2020, so this is something I am passionate about.
Before I made this pr, I went around and got feedback from others who also play multiple characters on the regular, and received pretty positive results. I think this will be a net good for us.

config: The maximum number of character slots has been doubled from 9 to 18. Regular users will be able to access 10 of these slots, with Byond donors being able to access another 6, and those purchasing the beeshop character slots receiving the remaining two.
