A user ran into some issues when using an arkouda container that came down to running out of memory. They suggested adding a note of the substantial RAM requirement to our build documentation.

They also pointed out the Installation Guide links to a nonexistent requirements.html page (this should likely link to REQUIREMENTS.md)
