v2 of goreleaser uses --clean instead of --rm-dist flag. Since we used latest instead of a fixed version of goreleaser, CD broke on goreleaser v2 release.

Selecting
latestgoreleaser version resulted in CD breakage since goreleaser v2 with breaking changes was released. This PR fixes the problem.
