Description
updating Angular to v17.3.0
updating related dependencies as those updates are performed together assuring the app still runs smoothly without dependency conflicts
it has been noted by @MestiriBaha in PR Update the twitter logo to X #71 that the twitter logo has been updated in the latest PrimeNG version
