Add 'mergeres' keyword to 'change' command #1056

Version 6.22.1.

Add a new keyword mergeres to the change command that allows consecutive residues to be merged into one:

mergeres firstres <start res#> lastres <stop res#>

Also adds a test and updates the manual.
