Fix broker client tls settings error (apache#6128)

when broker create the inside client, it sets tlsTrustCertsFilePath as "getTlsCertificateFilePath()", but it should be "getBrokerClientTrustCertsFilePath()" (cherry picked from commit 1fcccd6)
