The first proper release of the X-toolchain.
The original version was hacked up using Swift 4 SPM and Swift 3 compilers/runtime.
This one is a clean 4.2.1/4.2.1 setup and except for the pkg-config glitch (which needs to be worked around using the env-var), it just works out of the box.
