create backup err when set use_embedded_backup_restore=true

When I set use_embedded_backup_restore=true, executing clickhouse-backup create results in the error: error backup disk `` not exists in system.disks.

My config file:

My goal is to back up table engines other than MergeTree.
By setting use_embedded_backup_restore=true, can I only back up data to remote storage, or can I also back it up to local storage?

you want something strange
"local" backup actually not backup, you will lose it when your server go offline
