Next step in preparations to introduce Nx support and prepare the project for moving to ADF

• remove old integration tests and corresponding hacks (the api is already tested heavily by the corresponding apps, and api will end up in the ADF)

• remove old angular/webpack tests and projects (preparing to move to a better build system backed by vite, those projects no longer reflect the reality)
