What is MyUSA?: MyUSA is an simpler way for people to sign in to and register with government websites; allowing them to manage their interactions with greater ease and control.
Where can I use my account?: You can use your MyUSA account with any of our partners. Currently we are in BETA programs with and are continually finding new partners.
How do I delete my account?: If at any point you would like to delete your MyUSA account, you may do so on your settings page.

What does it mean that MyUSA is in BETA?: Beta means that MyUSA is not completely finished but that it will still do what it is supposed to do.
Why does MyUSA ask for my phone number?: When you set up your MyUSA account for the first time, you will be ask to enter your phone number so that we have another way to confirm you are who you say you are. This way, it becomes very difficult for anyone to hack into any of our accounts with out both access to your email and your mobile, creating a much more secure system.
Cost of text messages: Standard text costs vary depending on your plan and provider. Contact your mobile phone provide for details.

What is MyUSA?: MyUSA reusable platform for agencies to rapidly build government services provides a set of online services to participating Federal agencies through an “API”, or application programming interface -- which is just a common language for two websites to talk to each other.

What does it mean to be a partner while MyUSA is in BETA?: It means that we are supporting product improvements through testing and will continue to make improvements based on feedback from members of the public and other government agencies. During this BETA period, support will be offered through our github repository in the form of tickets *... etc.*
