NCR Service Blueprint

This service blueprint is a visual representation of Nation Capital Region’s purchase card approval process. It displays how touchpoints (email, C2 application, and external spreadsheets), people, and systems align to the experience of requesters, approvers, budget analysts, and reconcilers throughout the approval process.
