This PR implements two changes:
-with-seqeraas an alias for-with-towerfor thenextflow runcommand.SEQERA_ACCESS_TOKENas a preferred alias overTOWER_ACCESS_TOKENImportantly, this PR doesn't change the
towerconfig scope, which could be addressed in a separate PR.It also is a non-breaking change as previous users using the
-with-towercli arg will be able to continue doing so.
