Initial window resize and sound support
The window can resize, resulting in the tactical and galactic windows resizing appropriately.
The size of icons inside the tactical / galactic windows do not resize at this time.
Still some glitches related to the arrangement of windows as you resize.
Added initial sound support. But only one sound of each type can occur at a time, so launching multiple torpedoes makes it sound like the first launch was interrupted.

Runnable Java Netrek
First playable version. Fixes multi-button mouse support
Java Netrek 0.9.5
This is the first almost playable version since taking Robert Temple's old 0.9.4 JTrek beta code and updating it to build in recent versions of eclipse. The main problem is that different mouse clicks do not register to change direction or fire lasers. Everything fires torpedoes. I'm confident this will be fixed shortly.
