These scripts demonstrate the use of IMP, and PMI in the modeling of the 26s human proteasome using trifunctional crosslinking data with the TSTO molecule.

The data folder contains

1. PDB files of the protein subunits Rpt1, Rpt2, Rpt3, Rpt4, Rpt5, Rpt6 and Rpn2 generated using AlphaFold and used for this study.
