Refreshes the GitLens Integrations documentation to provide more comprehensive information on supported platforms and features.

Key updates:

Replaces the old "Start Here" page with a new GitLens home page, providing comprehensive documentation.

It includes sections on interactive code history, PR reviews, team collaboration, and external service integrations, with embedded videos and links to relevant features.
Adds a new documentation page detailing GitLens integrations with various remote providers like GitHub, GitLab, and Jira.

Explains the integration capabilities, including auto-linking, launchpad support, rich hovers, and remote command references.

Adds a new Workspaces documentation page with detailed
