Changes:

  1. Added logos for ViViD and KMS MMU's to public mmu image folder
  2. Adds "filament gripped" indicator on filament status widget for type-A mmu's where it is possible to release the filament while loaded (see pic)
  3. Only show the sync-feedback "buffer" status when the filament is actually loaded to toolhead - this avoids confusion on some spring loaded sensors that show "under tension" when there is no filament present
