v1.3.1: patches on returns values of components and on CI

This patch release contains fixes to the return values of the RunScript methods in the components, to avoid the error "TypeError: object of type PointCloud has no len()" and similar. It also contains fixes to the CI since the caching of conda env was deprecated. It also contain a small fix to avoid circular imports when installing diffCheck locally with pip in editable mode
