Clean Python dirs in gpMgmt/bin/pythonSrc/ext after installation

When building with the `--with-pythonsrc-ext` configure option, the source tarballs for Python dependencies (PyGreSQL, PyYAML, psutil) are extracted into the `gpMgmt/bin/pythonSrc/ext/` directory. Previously, these extracted files were not removed after the installation, leaving them behind. This confused the developers and users. This commit is to remove all the extracted Python modules' source directories. See: apache#1197
