createchmjob.py

Creates CHM job that can be run on HPC resources.

createchmtrainjob.py

Creates CHM train job that can be run on HPC resources.

createchmimage.py

Converts image to format suitable for CHM.

createprobmapoverlay.py

Overlays probability map image on top of image.

createtrainingmrcstack.py

Creates training dataset. ALPHA implementation and may have bugs.

mergetiles.py

More of an internal tool that merges all images in a directory into one image.
