Move data automatically to S3 when data has not been touched for N (weeks).
If this is implemented, we need to add functionality for retrieve data back from glacier.

  • Add rules to klab-jobs to push old files to Glacier
  • Add functionality to recover files from Glacier ?
  • Add functionality to rerun a job.
