Since UI work is going forward without a working reconfigure api we will need to do a fine tuning on UI side after api works is finish.

Also I’ve found several cases where the payload that we receive in the UI on a GET request of a VCH is not quite accurate based on the payload that has been sent during vch creation on the POST vch request. This will require a fully manual test, step by step, checking if the sent payload is equal to the received one. In case to find any difference we should file a GitHub issue in the vmware/vic repo for each problem (Accordingly to @zjs suggestion)
