I've verified the customer scenario (mentioned at #1215 (comment)) by taking latest Photon OVA as per vmware/photon#640 (comment)
Plugin installation works fine as expected.
Testing done:
-d vsphere> verify volume creation bydocker volume ls&docker volume inspectReverting document change.
