[Feature Request] Add option to bypass TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and remove MS Online Account in Win 11

Hi. Rufus added options for windows 11 such as bypass tpm 2.0, bypass secure boot and remove Microsoft online account requirement. If possible, add these options in Ventoy as well.
