mpir 2.6.0 static win32/64 lib/include

To build since the m7 branch (extract the archive in a mpir folder at the same level of the project)

ccminer x86 binary (SM 5.0 and 3.0 variants) - VC2013

ccMiner release 1.3-tpruvot (Aug 21th 2014) - "X14 X15 Fresh"

Sources are ready to build for VS 2013 and Linux (Ubuntu 14.04)
with some .lib dependencies (pthreads, curl, openssl)

Note: this 32bit version is faster than x64 one on X15 (1780kH vs 1450 on x64)

The fix was commited on my git (cuda_helper.h xor asm should be disabled on WIN64)
