There has been a lot of updates to bmclib recently. These updates have fixes for concurrent open calls and will allow for customizing config per provider (ports, filtering, ciphersuite, etc), redfish nextboot fixes, etc. I think we should wait until bmc-toolbox/bmclib#326 merges and then update Rufio.
