Release apk files

Hi,

I read in another issue, that your app is not going to be updated anymore, because the barcode scanning library you switched to is proprietary.
Would it be an option to release apk files on github and then maybe you could get them on the IzzyOnDroid repo?

If I get time, I'll try setup a Github workflow to publish the apks to releases.

I try to use F-Droid for most of my apps and seeing as this was on F-Droid before, I thought it would be worth asking, but no pressure.
