I think there is some components from original dokan that we maybe will not needed.
Like:
dokan_net: Dokan bind for .NET
dokan_np: Dokan network provider. (It may be interesting)
dokan_sshfs: Mounter for remote file system using SSH.
dokan_mirror: Local file system example. (I think it should be keeped to run the test suite).

What you guys think?
