Description

This issue was raised in the internal review for #52.

Currently CFE_31 checks all found FileCaptureMetas, and tries to not send duplicates, or creates a new name for duplicate data.

Remove local caching
Use try-catch for sending new FileCaptureMetas
Log failed requests to file
