I was trying to run e2e test locally on a kind cluster, but it seems it needs PROJECT_ID

╰─ bash ./test/e2e-tests.sh
Using namespace: tekton-chains
error: set $PROJECT_ID or use --gcp-project to select the GCP project where the tests are run
