Can I create development only routes?

Hello, I want to write something just for development usage, some internal pages to display example components and layout. Is there some way to exclude those routes files out?

I have considered to use something like loading env, and reject from page data, but this still will expose the contents to user, and bundler should handle the extra files in deployment build.
