[enhancement]: Tracer Configuration: Ability to select only subset of events.

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

I'd like to see this feature: In tracer configuration, one can override event configuration and disable certain events for the tracer. I propose that an "Invert" flag is added so that when it's set, only the events that are selected for the tracer will be logged.

This would help the administrator to avoid disabling all but desired events for the tracer configuration and not having to keep track of potential new tracer events that would need to be added to the "disabled" list in order to keep the tracer log clean.
