Issue/Feature Description:
Add the configuration needed to install the Strato UI and uninstall it.

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
Strato UI has been separated from the SODA dashboard. If user wishes to test only Delfin they can now install only the Delfin UI and need not install or use the other dashboard features.
