As per knurling-rs/flip-link#92, you can now use linker = "..." rather than specifying a linker using rust flags.

Is there also a way to specify link-arg other than rustflags?
Otherwise, we won't gain much by moving the linker specification from rustflags to the new method.

Someone could run RUSTFLAGS='-Tcustom.x' cargo build without losing the choice of linker. That's about all it gets you.
