generally cluster == all nodes, system wide, global property. node things are things like filesystem path - i.e.: on this node what is the path to the ssd hard drive |

Yes this is the same as my intuition, but why do we still need to set the cluster properties at the node level? |

I'm reading this doc https://docs.redpanda.com/docs/labs/data-transform/
I feel confused when I first need to set cluster properties, and then also set them on the node level. So what's there relationship?
