i have written rohe_cli based on the existing code here:
https://github.com/rdsea/ROHE/blob/main/bin/rohe_cli
but i have not tested.
can you test it and also improve it by removing temp_path, ... (TODO) as these paths are examples, not system configuration. We shall have simple way to do cli. Pls. add other cli. you can remove other python code if not needed anymore
