HEALTHCHECK's --retries has the wrong documentation in its completion item #170

HEALTHCHECK --

If you invoke content assist at the end of the second line, you will get the four flags that a HEALTHCHECK instruction supports. However, the documentation for --retries is the same as --interval due to a copy paste error.
