how to skip to download the model ???

I've already download the model wd-v1-4-moat-tagger-v2.onnx and everthing from the folder and when I execute the node start from the zero again! and want to download the file again!!!!!! causing the error!!!!!! how to skip or bypass the download or where to fix this ?!
everytime the download starts, around 45% it gets the error!!!!!
