The Issue

Hey there, thanks for creating and maintaining twine!

This is a feature request for an environment variable for --skip-existing, similar to the one that exists for --non-interactive (added in #547). If this is an acceptable feature, I can send a pull request.

From the discussion in #907, this seems to be a won't fix. Closing 😁
