settings.HiddenSections should probably expand when a plugin failed within. #290

I know the + sign goes red instead of green, but wouldn't it be even nicer if it autoexpanded to reveal which plugin failed in the event it was pre-collapsed by the "HiddenSections" setting and the plugin raised an error?

Thoughts?

@darkvertex Did you implement this by any chance? And if so, how did it help with the user experience?

@BigRoy I did not implement it, no. Also I recently changed jobs and my new gig is not currently using Pyblish, so don't wait for me for this at this time.
