Paginate Asset List

Problem Definition

All assets are shown in a massive list. This list should be paginated.

Proposal

Add pagination to the asset list. This will act like every other pagination request. The sort order will be defined as last tx timestamo desc, current circulation desc, name asc.

Should also make the following changes:

• Remove initial supply - unnecessary
• Add mintable
• Add last tx timestamp as Last Tx
• Also should be using SI abbreviations for super large numbers. Example: https://nyancat.iobscan.io/#/assets/ntvassets
