Summary

Upgrades etc are taking longer than they used to due to node stuff. This makes the service unresponsive. We should add a Maintenance page in this case.

Proposal

Add "Under Maintenance" page to dashboard
Should extend to all pages

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
