Enhancement: Add 24Hr power change to the validator listview, other changes

Summary

Service has added 24 hr validator power change to the validator listview response. Would be cool to see that in the validator listview.

In addition, remove a few fields from the listviews on that page

• 24 hr power change
  • Example: https://ping.pub/provenance/staking
  • Add 24Hr Power Change to the listview header
  • Populate from listview response hr24Change field
• Column removals
  • Validator Listview - Active
    • Remove Bond Height, Uptime, Self-Bonded
  • Validator Listview - Candidate
    • Remove Uptime, bond height
  • My Validators (Delegation list)
    • Remove Voting Power
  • Any others as necessary
