Summary

Reverse the order of the updates (most recent first) and add notes to explain skipped/scheduled

Problem Definition

The info hover is a bit confusing, and it would read better to have the most recent upgrades listed first.

Proposal

  • Reverse the order of the upgrades to list the most recent first.
  • Remove the hover information, and instead include a note at the top of the table for the meaning of skipped/scheduled.
  • Update the "Latest Price" in the dashboard to always show 3 decimals.
  • Default proposerAddress in BlockImage to an empty string to avoid React PropTypes warning.
