Add detail view with basic proposal info

Problem Definition

When drilling down into a proposal we need a detail view that shows relevant proposal information

Proposal

• Add a detail view page
• Add the following info to the initial card on the page:
  • id
  • title
  • status
  • proposer (id or moniker)
  • type
  • description
  • details (if available)

• Appropriate labels applied
• Appropriate contributors tagged
• Contributor assigned/self-assigned
