Hello, I am trying to install Prey on MX Linux 21. I tried both with SysVinit (default) and systemd, and on both I get a similar error related to the init script not being executable.

I tried setting the permissions manually and rerunning the installer, but the service doesn't start correctly at boot. It seems to fail for the lack of network, and then it doesn't respawn. If I launch the service manually, it seems to work fine.

What's the recommended init daemon system? When should I start the daemon and how should I ensure it stays on?
