I see very often problems with Windows during the release. For this reason, need to return Appveyour for each PR (to avoid this problem in release time and fix it immediately).

  • Return AppVeyor for all new PRs
  • Collect "suspicious" tests (which breaks sometimes, need to investigate it later "what's a reason" and "how to fix it" (IN PROGRESS)
