[api feature] Add an option to unbind/release the port on script exit

By default the port is released after 15 minutes of inactivity after the last /bindPort. Considering that there could be manual VPN connection interruptions, it makes sense to implement something like /releasePort API to enforce the port release.

I tried to find such functionality in docs, scripts, but it looks like there is no.
